Where is Darlene?

We have had a couple of changes in our office in the last month. Kathy Snider has joined our staff and is excited to learn the travel business. Kathy comes to us with a background in office administration and banking. Kathy is at the desk at the front of the office and will greet customers as they come into the office and as she learns more about the business, will be able to assist clients with their travel needs.

If you are used to seeing Darlene Dundas at that desk at the front window, do not fear, she is still with us. She has just moved to a desk at the rear of the office. She is in the office Monday to Thursday from 9 to 5. Fridays are spent with her granddaughters.

Steph Hodgson holds the middle ground in the office. She is in the office Monday to Friday from 9 to 4:30. She and Ryan are expecting their second child in May.

We are fortunate to have Karley Zimak in the office on an occasional basis. She helps keep our invoicing up to date and does all the little things that need doing around the office that get neglected during busy times.

Darcy Wheal and Louise Bell are sharing a desk at the back of the office. Darcy is in on Monday and Tuesday from 9 to 4. Louise is in on Thursday and Friday from 9 to 5 to work on her groups and do administration.
