Couple Travel

Darlene takes great care of us every time vacation rolls around!  She has been our agent for quite some time and she is aware of our travel needs and wishes.   After our initial email contact, phone or office visit, she is able to respond in a timely manner with great suggestions and options.  She often comes up with one that is better than any we found on our own!  Once a holiday decision is made, she very efficiently takes care of the fine details of all the booking.  She is good to check in with us if there are any added items to be finalized.  Closer to the travel date, any additional information is reviewed when we pick up our tickets. Upon our return, she always makes contact to inquire about the pros and cons to follow up.  We could not ask for any better service.
