ITINERARY

May 7, 2025: VANCOUVER

Travel from St. Marys/New Hamburg to Toronto Pearson Airport in a luxury motor coach. The Air Canada flight departs at 12:00 pm, arriving at Vancouver at 2:06 pm.

Transfer to the Sheraton Wall, your hotel for the next two nights. The Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Vancouver, conveniently surrounded by the city's best restaurants, shopping and neighbourhoods. Enjoy floor to ceiling views of the Vancouver city skyline in these spacious and contemporary guest rooms. All guests have access to the hotel's indoor pool and fitness centre. Your room will have one king bed or two double beds. After checking in, explore Vancouver on your own.

May 8, 2025: VANCOUVER

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver and the spectacular North Shore with breath taking views of the city, ocean and surrounding mountains. Highlights include Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island. the 137 metre (450 feet) Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Grouse Mountain Skyride. Breakfast

May 9, 2025: VANCOUVER TO KAMLOOPS

You will have an early morning transfer to the train station. You will be seated in the Gold Leaf Carriage onboard the train. With it’s bi-level domed coach with separate dining area, you will travel in style. Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia’s interior. You will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon. Breakfast & lunch included onboard. Your day concludes between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room. Kamloops Accommodation as assigned by Rocky Mountaineer.

May 10, 2025: KAMLOOPS TO JASPER

Today your journey continues north and east to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Once again you will be surrounded by dramatic scenery as you follow the banks of the North Thompson River through the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains, climbing ever nearer to the high peaks of the Continental Divide. Today’s highlights include Mount Robson, at 3,954 metres (12,972 feet) the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard. Your rail journey ends this evening between 6:45 PM and 8:45 PM on arrival in the resort town of Jasper. Overnight at The Crimson Jasper.

May 11, 2025: JASPER

Board your private motorcoach for a half-day sightseeing tour of Jasper. Highlights include Pyramid and Patricia Lakes, Maligne Canyon and the Athabasca viewpoint. The remainder of the day is free to explore more of Jasper National Park independently. Overnight at The Crimson Jasper. Breakfast

May 12, 2025: JASPER TO BANFF

Depart by private motorcoach for a full day sightseeing tour along the Icefields Parkway, one of the world's most scenic highways. The highlight today is a visit to the Columbia Icefield and an Ice Explorer ride on the Athabasca Glacier.Tour the Athabasca Glacier in a giant six-wheel drive Ice Explorer vehicle while your guide explains the history of this ancient glacier and points out interesting geological features. Think of it like a "monster-truck meets glacier" adventure where you learn new things! At the Columbia Icefield Centre, you have free time for the included buffet lunch before continuing to Banff. May 15, 2025: CALGARY

Check out of your hotel and transfer to the Calgary Airport for your flight home. Air Canada 148 departs at 12:10 pm, arriving in Toronto at 6:00 pm. The shuttle will be waiting to return you to New Hamburg/St Marys.
